JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner leads change and improvements to the talent acquisition process for their team and serves as a strategic partner responsible for defining open positions, attracting and hiring diverse, top talent, and delivering metrics necessary to achieve “best in class” talent acquisition.

They establish strong partnerships with assigned department clients and other areas of Human Resources to design/implement effective and creative outreach strategies, and track their success using metrics.

The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner conducts regular meetings with key stakeholders sharing data and analytics; providing TA services in a positive, timely, service oriented, cost efficient and effective manner; mentoring new team members and ensuring TA services are delivered by working closely with hiring management to understand their business, proactively address their staffing needs, and providing Recruitment and Workforce Planning services to meet those needs.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree in business or related discipline is required.

Strongly prefer certification in Human Resources or Healthcare Recruitment.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years’ current human resources experience with demonstrated solid experience and knowledge in recruitment and other human resources disciplines including, compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee/labor relations, training and organization development required.Strongly prefer healthcare industry experience.

Experience with full scope staffing including knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessment techniques and job offer negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge and application of Federal and State employment laws, regulations and legislation.

Experience utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies (i.e. – behavioral based interviewing) for candidate selection. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set service level agreements and meet or exceed customer expectations.

Experience with applicant tracking, HRIS and customer relationship systems.

Demonstrated success working independently, forging relationships, and managing multiple tasks with minimal direction.

Experience with Sourcing via Social Media (esp. Linked In and Facebook).

Work experience with nursing students, graduates and alumni.
