Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the successful planning and execution of multiple projects to achieve the organization's business objectives. The Project Manager is a specialist in project management and may be assigned to high risk, complex, enterprise and cross-departmental projects. The incumbent will work with the organization's project leaders from across the organization in clinical, administrative and support departments. The Project Manager utilizes a structured methodology to plan and implement projects; and when required, analyzes organizational systems and processes and makes recommendations for operational improvements.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree; Project Management Professional (PMP) (or equivalent) certification preferred or active pursuit thereof
EXPERIENCE:
Three or more years of project management experience, preferably in a health care setting or large, complex organization.
