JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Network Executive Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic partner responsible for defining open positions, attracting and hiring diverse, top talent, and delivering metrics necessary to achieve “best in class” talent acquisition for select positions that are manager level and above.

They establish strong partnerships with assigned department clients and other areas of Human Resources to design/implement effective and creative outreach strategies, and track their success using metrics. The incumbent is expected to lead executive recruitment on a highly professional manner and to source and screen candidates for specialized positions.  The Network Executive Talent Acquisition Partner will attract first-rate talent and will work to ensure lasting and successful placements. The Talent Acquisition Partner – Executive Recruitment’s goal is to exceed their customers (hiring leaders and candidates) expectations and to add value to the departments that they support.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree in business or related discipline is required.

Strongly prefer certification in Human Resources or Healthcare Recruitment.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years’ current human resources experience with demonstrated solid experience and knowledge in recruitment and other human resources disciplines including, compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee/labor relations, training and organization development required.Strongly prefer healthcare industry experience. Experience with full scope staffing including knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessment techniques and job offer negotiation skills. Strong knowledge and application of Federal and State employment laws, regulations and legislation. Experience utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies (i.e. – behavioral based interviewing) for candidate selection. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set service level agreements and meet or exceed customer expectations. Experience with applicant tracking, HRIS and customer relationship systems. Demonstrated success working independently, forging relationships, and managing multiple tasks with minimal direction. Experience with Sourcing via Social Media (esp. Linked In and Facebook).
