Job Description
External candidates are eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $15,000. Amount reflects gross pay, prior to applicable tax withholdings and deductions required by law. The AVP, Administrative Operations reports to the President and COO of Home Health & Hospice (HHH). This person provides leadership and performance oversite to assigned departments and partners with the Senior Management team to prioritize business strategies and mission alignment. The structure is designed around team-oriented, cooperative relationships where common goals are shared. It facilitates the sharing of information and timely decision-making in a rapidly changing environment. The AVP, Administrative Operations has accountability for operationalizing the strategic, operational, and budgetary plans for all aspects of the HHH and is responsible for the management and oversight of assigned areas, and all activities related to HHH programs and issues.
The Associate Vice President is a dynamic leader responsible for fulfilling the vision and mission of the organization. This leader possesses excellent business and finance acumen, marketing insight and expertise in healthcare management, culture and value creation. The Associate Vice President has the ability to bring forward innovative and creative ideas and suggestions; is always looking for better, more efficient ways to improve process and systems; has a sense about managing the creative process of others; and, can project how potential ideas may play out in the market place, the organization and with strategic business partners.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in healthcare management, business administration, public health, nursing or allied health. Master Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ year’s progressive healthcare management experience.
