The ACO Board Administrator’s function is to assist the ACO board in completing their work as effectively and efficiently as possible, according to policy, goals, and strategic plans of the organization. This includes scheduling, recordkeeping, updating bylaws, coordination of director orientation and continuing education, preparing board materials, regulatory preparation, and staffing all board meetings, retreats, and committee meetings, along with additional support activities as requested.
· Develops, in conjunction with OneCare Senior Leadership, all Board of Manager and Executive Committee agendas and meeting materials. Project manages the plan and monitors the receipt of materials with OneCare leaders. Assures materials are disseminated in prescribed timelines and available on the public facing website in accordance with State law.
· Ensures, with support of legal counsel, that all necessary documents are in place to execute on Board votes.
· Attend monthly, board meetings that are held from 4:30 pm-7:00 pm. Provides draft minutes or notes and ensures legal counsel and compliance reviews any documents for board discussion and decisions.
· Manages public participation in Board meetings that support statutory regulations governing ACOs.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible office experience working as an executive assistant or higher position in a corporate setting.
