Supporting your healing journey to reduce stress and promote wellbeing
In this 8-week class, you will learn gentle mindfulness practices that include meditation, yoga (including chair yoga) and ways to reduce stress. No experience necessary. All are welcome!

All classes are on Mondays, except for the Saturday Retreat.
- February 19: 5 - 8 pm
- February 26; March 5, 12, 19, 26; April 2, 9: 5 - 7:30 pm
- Saturday Retreat: March 31: 9 am - 3 pm
Mindfulness Class Instructors
- Roz Grossman, MA has taught mindfulness at the University of Vermont Cancer Center since 2010. She is a certified instructor in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.
- Yu-jing Sun, PhD (Sunny) is an assistant professor and cancer researcher at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM and University of Vermont Cancer Center. She is an MBSR trained instructor and certified yoga teacher.
Roz and Sunny provide a safe, caring atmosphere in their classes.
