The Network Lead Consultant of Strategic & Business Planning takes a leadership role in team operations and processes, ensures that team deliverables meet organizational business planning standards, and serves as the day-to-day contact with internal and external partners. In addition, this position serves in key roles to Network Councils, providing staff leadership to the Network Capital Planning Workgroup and Planning Council, and serving as lead Planning Consultant on major business plans and Network-wide projects. This role involves frequent contact with senior leaders throughout the UVM Health Network, requiring this individual to utilize strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree strongly preferred in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance/Accounting, Statistics or related field.
Five or more years of progressive, successful experience in strategic/business planning, business management, finance, facilities planning and/or complex business analyses. Direct experience with health care organizations strongly preferred.
