Job Description

We’re searching for a therapist with preferred experience in EMDR, to serve as a member of a transdisciplinary team delivering care to individuals with chronic pain using an integrative model. Duties will include providing patient-centered, trauma informed care using a biopsychosocial framework in individual and group settings and educating patients and family members in support of positive outcomes.   

EDUCATION:

Must have the necessary education (Masters degree minimum) and training to be a mental health professional in the State of Vermont. Either current State of Vermont Clinical Social Worker License or current State of Vermont Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) required. 

EXPERIENCE:

The successful candidate will have familiarity and experience working with patients experiencing chronic pain, familiarity with integrative modalities and a commitment to a holistic model of care, a positive outlook, and the ability to serve as a strong and collegial member of a highly functional team.  Must have at least one year of counseling experience.  Must exhibit professionalism, clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.
