Residency and Fellowships: How to Apply

Note: The following applies to residency and fellowship programs in the department of Graduate Medical Education at the University of Vermont. 

Applicants who wish to apply to a residency or fellowship program are asked to review the following instructions:

• Review the University of Vermont Medication Center Graduate Medical Education eligibility requirements, sample contract, and policies and procedures.
• Follow the application instructions and information specific to the program you are applying to, which may be found at that program's page.

The following programs participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), and accept applications via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).  Additional details about their application requirements may be found at the respective program's application requirements page:

The following programs do not participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) and have their own application process. Please refer to their program-specific information for further details:
