Quinn grew up in Richmond, Vermont and attended St. Lawrence University where he studied Neuroscience and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He returned to Vermont to attend the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. Quinn's ENT interests include head and neck reconstruction, facial trauma, and education. Outside of the hospital, Quinn enjoys woodworking, cooking, and adventuring outdoors with his partner Kelsey.

Luke grew up in San Diego, California and attended the University of Virginia for his undergraduate studies, where he majored in Neuroscience. He then moved to Burlington to attend medical school at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine. While there, his research interests included quality of life in head and neck cancer patients and public health studies related to the HPV vaccine. Outside of the hospital, Luke enjoys hiking, skiing, listening to music, and watching his favorite sports teams, the San Diego Padres and UVA basketball.

Kelly McKenna, MD

Kelly grew up in South Windsor, Connecticut. She studied biochemistry at Georgetown University, and then returned home to attend medical school at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. During her time at UConn, she developed a passion for ENT and participated in research projects involving inner ear biomarkers, pediatric primary hyperparathyroidism, and the impact of surgeon experience on thyroidectomy complications. Kelly enjoys spending time with friends and family, yoga, running, and eating good food.

Allison Lipsky, MD

Allison grew up in Eldersburg, Maryland. She attended University of Maryland, College Park where she majored in Biology and graduated with honors. She went on to receive her M.D. from University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. There, she participated in research projects including recent treatment trends for HPV+ oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and rates of depression and anxiety in patients with pulsatile tinnitus. Allison enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and running. She recently completed her first half-marathon in Washington, D.C.

Cody grew up in Southern California and attended California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo for his undergraduate degree.  There, he majored in Winemaking and Viticulture but found his passion for medicine while working as a medical scribe.  Cody then moved to Napa, California where he attended medical school at Touro University, College of Osteopathic Medicine.  His ENT interests lie in facial trauma, reconstruction, and head and neck oncology as well as quality improvement research.  When not at work, Cody enjoys playing video game with his brother, brewing, spending time in the garden, and cooking with his wife.
