  • Inclusive care: Our team recognizes the importance of individual choices during pregnancy and childbirth. We welcome patients of all races, ethnicities, abilities, gender identities and sexual orientations.

Our Services

You may be focused on the health of your baby, but we want to make sure you are also healthy after giving birth. Postpartum care is not a single visit. We are here for you for as long as you need us.

We schedule a postpartum checkup four to six weeks after delivery. During this visit, we make sure you are healing and discuss issues such as:

  • Your mood and sleep
  • Birth control and resuming sexual activity
  • Infant care and feeding
  • Urine leakage (incontinence)
  • Weight loss, nutrition and exercise
