Our mission is to promote a swift recovery of those needing rehabilitation and to be a true home for those staying longer. We have transformed our units into neighborhoods in an effort to provide a home for our community members. As a Home Health & Hospice LNA, you are key to our client care team. You will apply your highest-level skills, supporting clients wherever they call home. You will help clients and families live their best lives by assisting with a wide variety of home management tasks and personal care.

LNAs support clients within our Adult Home Health program, hospice programs (Respite House and community-based), and various facilities within Chittenden County.
